Refund policy
We do not accept returns as our items are handmade to your specific print and size. Please make sure you are measuring your pets neck and reading our size guide before purchase.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us via email within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be made if your item(s) were received damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused. The items MUST be free of any pet or human hair and be in its original, unaltered and in resalable condition. Absolutely NO exceptions!
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including the cost to return the original item and the cost to ship the new item.
We do not accept exchanges on personalized items and sale items.
