Shipping policy

General

Shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping location.

All U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

All Canada orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

A tracking number will be provided when the order has shipped. If you have further concerns after the order has shipped, please contact USPS.

 

Litto Paws is not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Coast & Cove, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.

International Shipping

Please note that NO custom related charges are included in our shipping costs and all such associated charges (including, but not limited to import duties, VAT charges and custom fees) are the responsibility of the recipient. If items are rejected or returned, they will not be refunded (including shipping).
